Ensuring Optimum System Performance In order for Ingenious Med’s impower software-as-a-service (SAAS) application to perform optimally, we recommend the following suggestions be applied for to PCs, tablets, and smart phones. Outlined below are the typical culprits that we have found can contribute to unfavorable performance for our end-users. Security products such as the ones listed below typically disrupt the flow of data resulting in slow page load times, filtered data, or blocked functionality. Ingenious Med’s applications utilize HTTPS/SSL encryption over port 443. We ask that the following domain/IP addresses be white-listed on port 80 and 443 in the following products or similar products to ensure the end users are receiving the full feature set of our applications. :: :: :: :: :: *.imbills.com 207.97.224.67 204.232.176.1 204.232.176.6 204.232.176.7 Content Filters, Proxy Servers, & Port Scanners :: :: :: :: Microsoft ISA McAfee Smart Filter Websense Web Security Gateway Cisco IronPort We ask that facilities with multiple Internet Service Providers route us over the fastest pipe that you have available with the least amount of network saturation. If this changes on a regular basis we ask that the path in which our domain is routed be consistent for the duration of the entire TCP session. The impower product requires the use of Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or later on Windows XP SP3 or later. impower performs the fastest to date using Windows 7, IE9, and two or more gigabytes of memory. Please see below for minimum and recommended system requirements. We also ask that the duplex settings in the network card be set to Full instead of Half and to allow the maximum speed of the network.
