
Responsible for all maintenance and technical issues for 22 sites dispersed across several military
bases in Regional Command-South (RC-S), one of the most contested areas in Afghanistan.

Project jointly managed by TASM (Technology & Supply Management, LLC) and NASC
(NAVMAR Applied Sciences, Inc.).

Oversaw the upgrades of 22 Aerostat surveillance systems to full HD video configurations.

Supervised 20+ Field Service Engineers across multiple trades; managed all hardware maintenance,
server & computer configurations, networking, software implementation and sensor maintenance.

Oversaw the upgrades of four systems to the Exportable PGSS Initiative to give Intelligence,
Surveillance & Reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to the Afghan police & military.

Created a mock site with full systems capabilities to bring NIPR/SIPR/CXI communications online,
which dramatically improved real-time troubleshooting to all military bases in RC-S.

Successfully managed catastrophic losses to four systems due to lightning; returned all systems to
full operational status in a record-setting 48 hours.

Continuously analyzed internal processes while recommending and implementing procedural
