Tempo provides you with a single platform for publishing, interaction, viewer management, and measurement: allowing you to control each viewer’s secure access to your programming, create interactive broadcasts with integrated polling and chat features, and capture meaningful data on viewing behavior allowing
you to improve effectiveness.
Create Your Own Networks
With Tempo, you are able to establish live channels and publish your
on-demand programming from internal and external sources to
communicate with your audience.
Once viewers log in to your network they are provided an intuitive
program guide or web portal. These customizable interfaces allow
viewers to browse content while providing rich metadata and search
capabilities.
Interact with your Audience
Simply click on a program and it is viewed using any common internet
browser. There is no need to download any special applications,
making Tempo easy to deploy, use, and manage.
Tempo makes it simple for your presenter to interact with the audience.
Elegant interface allows viewers to submit questions to the presenter and allow
the presenter to display slides and issue polling questions. Polling results are
instantly tabulated, recorded, and displayed making Tempo an excellent
distance learning solution.
Tempo also takes advantage of social media, providing group chat
capabilities during live broadcasts and allowing your viewers to
contribute their own video content.
Tempo allows you to manage the distribution of user-generated content. An
easy-to-use contribution wizard allows users to enter metadata and upload
their content. Tempo performs all of the necessary transcoding of content and
places the file in a submittal folder. A network administrator simply reviews the
content for suitability prior to publishing of the file.
Manage Your Network
Tempo’s Master Control Suite gives your organization the ability to
efficiently manage and control your network. This powerful interface
consists of four “chairs” allowing you to publish, interact, manage, and
measure all aspects of your network programming.
The Publisher’s Chair gives you the ability to create live events and
upload on-demand programming. The many features include the
ability to select from a variety of media players, assign viewing
privileges, define a unique audience, and create event registration
parameters. The Publisher’s Chair also includes a cloud-based
transcode engine for on-demand content and the ability to review
user-generated content for suitability prior to publishing to your
audience. Another key feature of The Publisher’s Chair is the ability
to customize your program guide or web portal.
The Director’s Chair is a unique, powerful interface that
enables you to interact and manage live events. Touch screen monitors allow presenters to administer slides and polling with real-time audience interaction that
is captured to measure compliance, ensure audience comprehension, and provide analytics. A variety of chat features
are also managed in the Director’s Chair. Outputs from the
Director’s Chair easily integrate into the Learning Management Systems.
The Engineer’s Chair gives you control over network
infrastructure, such as encoders and media servers. it also
provides you with real-time network status. One of its most
exciting features is the Engineer’s Toolbox, containing an
array of troubleshooting applications to assist you in managing technical issues with your network.
The Administrator’s Chair provides you with elements such
as the Master Viewer Database, Testing Database, Usage
Reports, Billing Reports, and Analytics. All of these administrative elements can be integrated with your existing enterprise software systems—such as LDAP Directory Platforms
and Learning Management Systems—to enhance your
business workflow.
