L.U.C –
„PYYKYCYKYTYPFF”
Pyykycykytypff is a pioneering project recorded
by a laureate of numerous prestigious Polish
cultural awards - Łukasz ‘L.U.C’ Rostkowski.
After many years of attempts and exhausting
rehearsals an exceptional album has been
released. Produced only with the sounds from
human larynx, it provides an unique feast for any
music enthusiast. L.U.C’s voice has been
processed by sophisticated devices delivering a
fantastic outcome – multilayer compositions
teleporting you to another dimension. There are
only a few examples of such recordings – a LP
produced with sounds merely from an
individual’s larynx – worldwide.
We encourage you to participate in an
extraordinary show during which the artist
produces various sounds inspired not only by
club music. Thanks to L.U.C’s original personality
the performance gets a sharp spicy flavour. The
audience will witness the sonic matching the
visual, as the show is completed by a movie and
a presentation of unique graphics.

About The
Project
Vocal symphony
During the concert various beats, strange
rhythms and all kinds of buzzing sounds
generated only by his larynx, L.U.C will further on
process live on the stage. Everything looped will
create a club-originated atmosphere. The artist
will both make the background monotonous
bass layer and perform the leading rap vocals
inviting the audience to join in. The visual side of
the event will be inspired by L.U.C’s official
videos, hidden cameras on the spot and lots of
meaningless materials rejected from official
clips. The musician uses his own stuff (mixers,
gramophones etc.). The Promoter will provide
only the sounding equipment, audio monitoring
devices and a table.
Going back to his
roots
Pyykycykytypff on the one hand brings
revolutionary changes in L.U.C’s career, but on
the other hand with the release the artist
presents his personal characteristic sounds. It
was back in 2003 when the performer together
with Polish best beatboxer Zgas recorded their
first beatbox compositions. After his previous
album – 39/89 Understand Poland – where the
performer used historic speeches of respected
individuals from Poland, he turns back on the
rails presenting unparalleled vocal aptitude with
an exceptional style.
Artist’s Bio
L.U.C
Łukasz Rostkowski
A music producer and composer, poet, vocalist,
beatboxer and finally a director. He is the
founding father of several initiatives, such as 4
Galaxies of Art (combining music, lyrics, film and
graphics). For his courage, consistency and
eclectic unorthodox creativity in the fields of
music, film and lyrics he has been given
numerous prizes and awards (Paszport Polityki,
Yach, Wrocław Music Award, Fryderyk). It gained
him a lot of respect in the business as well. He is
considered to be the most promising and
interesting Polish artist.
L.U.C’s music cannot be easily classified as it
fluently crosses the borders of different genres
creating a sophisticated blend. In his career he
has collaborated with the greatest and most
respected musicians of Polish origin worldwide,
e.g. Urszula Dudziak, Zbigniew Namysłowski,
Michał Urbaniak, Leszek Możdżer. He also
recorded with Icelandic star MUM and supported
the greatest in the field, such as Skunk Anansie,
Tricky, The Prodigy or Coldcut. Having gained
huge reputation, L.U.C does not forget about his
roots. He eagerly helps young and promising
musicians fall into step (as introduced in his
“PASS IT ON” philosophy).
