3M™ Peltor™ PTL™ Earmuffs
Push-to-listen (PTL) earmuffs provide noise protection plus ability to hear speech with the
touch of a button. On/off listening button with fingertip control on one ear cup activates
listening mode for 30 seconds at a time- workers no longer need to lift or remove earmuffs
and risk noise exposure. (Note: The other cup is standard protective style.) Include liquid
and foam-filled ear cushions, easily accessible battery compartment and 4-point headband
suspension. AA battery (not included).

3M™ Noise Indicator NI-100
Designed for variable noise environments to help workers
identify potentially hazardous noise levels and know when hearing
protection devices (HPDs) may be required. Green flashing LED
indicates that noise levels are below 85 dB where HPDs may not
need to be worn; red flashing LED indicates noise levels are above
85 dB, a potentially dangerous noise level where HPDs may be
required. Small, lightweight design (.6 oz.) clips to shirt or jacket
and includes a rechargeable battery that operates for up to 200
hours between charges. If not manually powered off, device will
automatically power off after approximately 10 hours. Dimensions:
2" L x 1.4" W x 0.5" D. Can be used as an effective training tool
within a hearing conservation program (consult OSHA Standard
1919.95) to help ensure workers know when and where to wear
hearing protection.

* NRR is the Noise Reduction Rating in decibels (dB). It is the average noise reduction obtained by a group of people wearing a specific hearing protector in a laboratory test. Research suggests that many users will receive
less noise reduction than indicated by the NRR due to variation in earplug fit and wearing time. It is recommended that the NRR be reduced by 50% for estimating the average amount of noise reduction provided.
WARNING
These hearing protectors help reduce exposure to hazardous noise and other loud sounds. Misuse or failure to wear hearing protectors at all times that you are exposed
to noise may result in hearing loss or injury. For proper use, see supervisor, User Instructions, or call 3M in U.S.A. at 1-800-243-4630. In Canada, call Technical
Service at 1-800-267-4414. If there is any drainage from your ear or you have an ear infection, consult with your physician before wearing ear plugs. Failure to do so
may result in hearing loss or injury.
