Güneşli / İstanbul
Deva Holding outdoor parking lot, 1 level storage, 1 level archives, 1 level boiler room and 5 levels of offices were
built. The building acquires support from 2 1600-1250 kVA power distribution units, in addition to 1 670 kVA
generator that supports the system when required. Along with the energy meter and billing systems in the
building, the mechanical system is controlled by a mechanical automation. The building includes a fire sensor,
recorded and emergency announcement system, swipe-card entry system, cctv and smatv systems.
Energy is circulated within the building with the use of 40 A bus-bar channels. The electrical project sketches and
all applications related to lighting, sockets, ups, TV, telephone, data, announcement systems were implemented
successfully.

GÜNEY PLAZA
Levent/İstanbul
A Plaza in Maslak, completed with a 5-level parking lot, 1 level food court, 1 level stores and 18 levels of offices.
The building is supported with a 1600 kVA power unit, along with 2 550 kVA generators, working synchronically to
support the system when required.
Energy is circulated throughout the building with the use of 2500-1600 A bus-bar channels. Along with the energy
meter and billing systems in the building, the mechanical system is controlled by a mechanical automation. The
building includes a fire sensor, recorded and emergency announcement system, swipe-card entry system, cctv
and smatv systems. All application sketches and implementation of the building was completed by our firm.

Kozyatağı / İstanbul
Herti Plaze, in Kozyatağı, consists of 1 level parking lot, 1 level foodcourt and cafeteria, 18 levels of offices. The
building is supported by a 1250 kVA power unit, and an 800kVA generator which supports the system when
required. Along with the energy meter and billing systems in the building, the mechanical system is controlled by a
mechanical automation. The building includes a fire sensor, recorded and emergency announcement system,
swipe-card entry system, cctv and smatv systems. All application sketches and implementation of the building
was completed by our firm.

addition to their head office in Çağlayan, is operating in textile production and marketing. The building consists of
1 level parking lot, 1 level production, 1 level showroom and 4 levels of offices. The electrical project sketches and
implementations are continuing.

Çanakkale Tofaş, designed as a car maintenance service center within the Çanakkale region, consists of 3 levels
– car maintenance, office and showroom. Within the building, a 150 kVA generator is used to support the system
when required. The buildings electrical projects were completed and all applications related to lighting, power, TV,
fire sensor, cctv, security, data, telephone, announcement systems were implemented accordingly.

The spa and fitness salon, situated within Mecidiyeköy Astoria Shopping Centre, consists of an indoor swimming
pool, Traditional Turkish Bath, sports centre, pilates studio, and wellness and spa massage rooms.
Situated on the 4th level of the Astoria building, the spa and fitness salon covers a 3500 m2 space. Application
project sketches were completed for the spa and fitness salon, consisting of sound, TV, security, fire, telephone,
data, lighting and power systems implementations.

OUR WORK-FLOW PERSONNEL ORGANISATION
If we were to summarize the process of project design, preparation of application projects and the implementation concerning
the construction of infrastructure and bodywork, industrial facilities, factory buildings, and project design of similar jobs;
Our project group will: Collect all data concerning a job that does not yet have a project and requires a project design, from all
relevant areas, and research will be initiated. In accordance with the aim of use for the facility; by adding all data which will
affect the project into the equation, the facility project will be prepared in sync with other technical teams. If there are any terms
of agreement put forth for the facility, the project must be prepared in accordance with these; if not, a technical terms of
agreement document will be prepared in accordance with the usage of the facility and the standards of quality requested by the
client.
In the stage of the application project preparation; we superpose the projects we have prepared, with those of the technical
groups in order to create an all-encompassing, ultimate plan. Examinations of the facility will take place at the planned area of
construction, by our applications group. Current projects will undergo revisions upon this examination.
During the execution of the job, information regarding the project implementations, terms of agreement, network connections to
be contacted, will all be relayed to the construction supervisor within the application group. List of supplies required for the
construction will be forwarded to our purchasing department within our head office. Orders will be made for the supplies,
ensuring delivery to construction site on time. Certifications and quality documents of supplies purchased will be filed by the
purchasing department, in order to submit upon completion of the job.
When job is complete, a temporary admission report will be submitted by a committee consisting of members of the client
company. If anything is determined to be missing during the temporary admission, these will be reported, and will be resolved
by us as soon as possible. All sorts of issues that may arise until the final admission will be notified to us by the client, and all
issues will be eliminated within the shortest time possible. For the equipment purchased upon completion of the job, all
certificates, documents and user-guide booklets, along with the as-built projects, will be filed and handed over to client. Single
track diagrams which belong to each clipboard found within the powerful-voltage panels, will be added accordingly, and riser
diagrams that explain each system, will be framed and hung next to every panel for weak-voltage systems (fire, cctv, audio, etc).
Periodically, in order to determine any apparent issues or thoughts regarding our services, a ‘customer satisfaction’ form is sent
to our client for them to fill out.
