Dr Robbie Lawson BDS (Hons), MSc.D, FDS, MOrth, RCS (Edin)
Robbie graduated with honours from Dundee University in 1989. He worked in the hospital service in Dundee,
Canterbury and Glasgow before gaining his Fellowship in Dental Surgery at the Royal College of Surgeons of
Edinburgh in 1992. He then completed his Orthodontic Specialist Training, graduating with distinction in his
Masters degree from the University of Wales and his Membership in Orthodontics from the Royal College of
Surgeons of Edinburgh, where he was awarded the gold medal in 1996. He has worked in specialist orthodontic
practice in Edinburgh since 1996. Robbie has a special interest in lingual (invisible) braces and is a member of the
Incognito™ Key Opinion Leader group, lecturing on lingual braces nationally and internationally.
Dr Paul Ward BDS FDS MSc MOrth RCS
Paul is a Specialist Practitioner and partner of two mixed private and NHS orthodontic practices in the South
East. His main clinical interest is the use of lingual appliances in the treatment of adults and adolescents, and its
incorporation into everyday orthodontic practice. He has been involved in lingual orthodontics since 2003 and
has treated a wide variety of malocclusions with different lingual systems. He is Chairman of the British Lingual
Orthodontic Society, a Key Opinion Leader for 3M Unitek and a Clinical Advisor to TOP Service. He lectures widely
on the subject of lingual orthodontics.
Dr Lars Christensen Tandlaege MSc PhD MOrth RCS Edin
Lars qualified from the Royal Dental College in Copenhagen in 1990. Three years later he was awarded a PhD from
the University of Copenhagen. He received his Masters in Orthodontics from Guy’s and St Thomas, in London, and
in 1997 he was awarded Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons in Orthodontics. Since 1997 Lars has been
in specialist orthodontic practice. A highly respected member of his profession, he lectures extensively all over the
world. To date he has given more than 250 lectures and courses in orthodontics. Lars is a member of the British,
the European and the American Associations of Orthodontics. He is also a member of the British Lingual Orthodontic
Society and a Fellow of the World Federation of Orthodontists.
Ms Lina Craven
Lina is the founder of Dynamic Perceptions; an orthodontic practice management consultancy. She is a renowned
speaker and trainer throughout Europe. Her ‘no nonsense approach’ to case acceptance coupled with her unrivalled
results, puts Lina ahead of the field. With over 25 years of experience in the orthodontic sector, Lina’s ability to
identify the assets and limitations of a practice and to provide insightful, practical advice, ensures the best possible
route to success.
Mr Martin Davis
Martin is 3M Unitek Lingual Business Development Manager for Western Europe. He has been an Incognito
appliance system product specialist since 2004 during the global introductory phase of the product, alongside
creator and world renowned orthodontist Dr Dirk Wiechmann. Martin provides practical hands-on Incognito
appliance system sessions to orthodontists and practice therapists around the world, providing insightful tips on
how to maximise every aspect of the system.

Module 1: Incognito™ Appliance System Certification

Overview: Day one of certification is an introduction to the lingual technique and the Incognito™ Appliance System, providing the foundations
to become a comprehensive user. Featuring the revolutionary Incognito™ Lite Hidden Braces - the solution for mild to moderate cases, this
module provides clinical hands-on training with Incognito Lite typodonts. The module is supported with clinical theory and experience provided
by the certification speakers. Day two continues to develop each specialist’s ability to maximise the full Incognito appliance system, providing
additional hands-on exercises and theoretical exploration. The certification course will conclude with an invaluable ‘Getting Started’ session
providing hints and tips to ensure a correct and manageable first patient case selection.

Module 2: Incognito™ Appliance Practice Staff Programme
We are here to support your staff as well...

Module 3: Incognito™ Appliance System In-Office Course

Overview: In line with 3M Unitek’s commitment to provide continuous education, module three is the first in-office Incognito appliance
mentoring day. Delivered by either Dr Lawson, Dr Ward or Dr Christensen, it offers mentoring and assistance through your first few cases,
with the aim of supporting and developing your skills.
Module 4: Incognito™ Appliance System In-Office Course

Overview: Moving on from skills development, this in-office mentoring session provides additional insight in utilising Incognito appliance
system to build your private business. NOTE: Module four included in the Platinum Package only.

Module 5: Dynamic Perceptions Selling Skills Day
Overview: Further developing the fundamental Selling Skills provided to your staff at the June certification course, Lina Craven of
Dynamic Perceptions will now bring her ‘no nonsense approach’ to case acceptance into your practice setting for a one day workshop.
The day includes an assessment of your new patient journey, provision of practice specific feedback and a presentation to your team on
the benefits of delivering an outstanding patient journey. The overall aim is to help you increase your patient case acceptance.

Dynamic Perceptions Selling Skills Course
Overview: Lina Craven is known for increasing case acceptance by ensuring each practice
adopts an outstanding patient journey and by providing specialised staff training. In this

Overview: A full day’s training by Incognito Product Specialist Martin Davis, provides technical training that can be used in
