Systems America received the highest user
satisfaction ratings when compared to other
vendors in the industry.
Vendors are rated on a 1 to 10 scale according
to user satisfaction with system performance,
system reliability, system insallation/ implementation, applications training, service response time,
and service repair quality. MD Buyline clinical and
IT analysts conduct interviews with medical staff,
including Radiologists, Administrators,
technologists and Physicists.
Hitachi earns the top composite score as well as
top scores in five of the six categories.

Our standard warranty agreement and all full SMAs
provide you with free parts, including RF coils, when
needed in accordance with the terms of your contract.
At startup time, you will receive extensive applications training for up to three technologists right at
your facility. It’s a comprehensive five-day program
that covers system configuration, operation, imaging protocols and performance testing, as well as a
detailed overview of other vital MR subjects such as
patient management and safety.
Site Accreditation Support
Under warranty or with an SMA, you can request our
Service Engineer’s help in tuning your system for optimal
performance as you acquire test phantom images. In
addition, our Applications Helpline is available to advise
you on parameters, image quality and the submission
process, as well as assist in keeping you current with
the ever-evolving site accreditation Quality Control
program.
No-Charge Software Upgrades
Customers under warranty or with an SMA receive
operating software upgrades that do not require associated hardware changes at no charge. These upgrades,
usually released annually, can provide you with system
quality enhancement and clinical capabilities­.
Marketing Support
Marketing Assistance
In addition to the wide range of printed marketing materials available to you, we provide consultation with our
marketing specialists. You can also log into our exclusive
customer web site to access our online marketing portal,
which includes a digital photography gallery, marketing
advice, a virtual marketing planner and an e-store for
ordering promotional materials.
Advanced Marketing Program (AMP)
The Hitachi Advanced Marketing Program provides our
customers strategic-level creative marketing design at
no cost. Following a creative briefing, we determine the

To train technicians, we offer The Hitachi Institute
for MR Technologists (HITS), in-house training
programs exclusively for MR technologists from
Hitachi MR customer sites. Attendance is free to
new customers as well as those with existing
Service Agreements.

access to the information you need to provide the
best possible patient care. We can provide clinical

technical support operation, which is staffed by
