PRESS RELEASE Syzygy AG acquires leading online marketing services company GFEH Bad Homburg, December 4, 2006 Syzygy AG has today signed a purchase contract for 51 percent of the shares in GFEH Gesellschaft für elektronischen Handel mbH based in Hamburg. The share acquisition is effective backdated to November 1, 2006. Both parties have agreed to keep the purchase price confidential. GFEH Gesellschaft für elektronischen Handel mbH (www.GFEH.de) is a leading online marketing company.
