Tatts Group. The Company's main activities are the operation of licensed gaming machines and regulated lotteries;; the operation of club Keno games and football tipping competitions;; the warehousing, installation, relocation, repair and maintenance of gaming machines, lottery and wagering terminals;; and the development of systems to centrally locate gaming machines and lotteries. The Company acquired the NSW Lotteries in 2010. In August 2012 the Company lost its Pokies license and so no longer operates in this sector. The Company's revenue for fiscal 2012 was AUD 3.9bn (GBP 2.7bn) and was derived from the following business segments: Tatts Lotteries, 45.2%;; Tatts Pokies, 32.1%;; TattsBet, 16%;; Maxgaming, 2.4%;; Bytecraft Systems, 2.6%;; and Talarius, 1.7%.
