This class is set at a medium/low intensity level to fit your fitness level in the water. AquaFlow: This class focuses on flexibility and range-of-motion. We move every joint with a goal to reduce and prevent pain around that joint. Easy walking is done to provide cardio benefits and water adds resistance that improves strength and endurance. This class is designed for all ages and fitness levels. Masters Swim Team Conditioning: This workout is geared towards the adult swimmer who wishes to stay motivated, learn new techniques, and build strength and endurance.
