Job Profile
Qualified Dorn Therapists are required for a DHA Licensed Wellbeing,
Physiotherapy and dedicated Dorn Centre located in Dubai, United Arab
Emirates.
We are looking for practitioners who are as passionate as we are about
educating people on the amazing benefits of the Dorn Method.
Duties and Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of a Dorn Therapist can be summarized as
follows:

The ideal candidate should have thorough and extensive knowledge of
the Dorn Method.

He/she should have a thorough understanding of the following, namely:
soft tissue conditions, joint functioning and muscle complications.

He/she needs to discuss, in detail, assessment findings with the client to
identify the best course of treatment, taking into consideration the
client’s physical state, previous ailments and any pre-existing injuries as
a result of accidents.

The therapist should have adequate knowledge of the muscular and
skeletal elements, so as to recommend physiotherapy as and when
required.

It is the duty of the therapist to practice hygiene and other sanitary
procedures at all times.

He/she is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the room and
equipment at all times.
Required Skills and Specifications

Needs to have strong communication skills both verbal and written.

He/she should have an empathetic personality and be very friendly and
patient by nature.

The ability to develop and maintain a positive rapport with the clients,
and make them feel comfortable at all times.
Massage Therapist Education and Qualifications

Qualifications required for the position include 600 hours or more of
classroom accreditation. Anatomy and Physiology is a must.

Be able to pass the Dubai Health Authority, Massage Therapist
Licensing Process.

Must be Dorn Qualified.
o State highest level of completed Dorn training
o State the number of years practicing Dorn
Salary
