Cardio Sculpt
Exercises targeting a whole body workout with emphasis on
muscle & core work
May include use of a variety of equipment (hand weights,
bars, tubing, pilates or medicine ball) to enhance workout
Suitable for all fitness levels
Cardio Butts & Guts
A full body workout with particular emphasis on the butt,
legs, abs, back and core
May include cardio bursts or upper body conditioning
Suitable for all fitness levels
Cardio …Weights … Sculpt …Low Impact
Exercises that work the cardiovascular system using large
muscle groups to increase heart rate into the target training
zone of 60-80% intensity level
Bursts involves 1-2 minutes of exercises at max intensity or
chunks of cardio with muscle work
With lower weights you perform more repetitions and
slower movements to feel that muscle burn
Low Impact is suitable for all fitness levels, especially
beginners or people with knee, back and/or hip problems
Core
Exercises focusing on the trunk, pelvic, and shoulder regions
to improve posture, endurance and to reduce the risk of
back pain
May include exercises involving the abdominals, upper and
lower back, shoulders, lower body and general strengthening
for the arms and legs as well
Interval 6x10 & 20-20-20
These classes break up into either six10 minute intervals
or three 20 minute chunks

Muscle Conditioning
Exercises focused on building muscle coordination,
muscle definition and muscular endurance
Includes use of equipment such as hand weights,
weighted bar, tubing as well as weight bearing exercise
such as push ups, bench dips, squats, lunges
Involves heavier weights & fewer repetitions than Body
Sculpt exercises to challenge muscle groups in a shorter
time
Pilates …weights
Exercises that combine held postures with slow
controlled movements to work the deepest layer of
your abdominal muscles to help align and shape your
body
Focus is on using abdominal muscles to strengthen,
lengthen and tone entire body
Instructor will modify exercise moves to your ability
with a focus on proper form
Add light weights to increase exercise intensity
Total Body Burn
Combines cardio, strength building, and core for a full
body workout!
Increase muscle definition and endurance using circuits,
intervals and bursts of cardio.
Use both body weight , and a variety of equipment
exploring your physical and mental limits
Suitable for all fitness levels
Customized Heart Wise Sessions
Fitness that Fits is an approved Heart Wise Facility, offering a specialized Heart Wise Personal Training Sessions with Nadia and her
team. Suitable for individuals with heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, mild stroke and other chronic health conditions who have been
given doctor’s approval to exercise.
The Heart Wise Sessions will be one hour in length and consist of:
•
fitness component (including proper breathing, slow controlled movement exercises, improving cardio endurance, building muscle
& core strength, and stretching) and
•
lifestyle component (includes setting goals for healthy routines, discussing & overcoming fears, review of daily meals & snacks, and
developing healthy eating habits.
