Product Information for DoorCraft® Mahogany TDL Exterior Wood Doors
Doors built for the DoorCraft True Divided Lite Series millwork program have the following
specifications*:
1)
Laminated solid wood construction in the stiles and rails. Stiles and rails of this TDL door series use a laminated-engineered
construction method, which greatly reduces the possibility of warpage.
2)
TDL door panels are fully floating (not glued) for superior strength and longevity. Panels are veneer over engineered core construction.
3)
All stile and rail joints use full cove and bead construction (instead of butt-gluing), and incorporate multiple grooved dowel construction
at each joint.
4)
TDL doors are available pre-hung in matching mahogany components. This assures a beautiful match and consistent grain and stain
pattern. 4 5⁄8˝ and 6 5⁄8˝ jamb widths are available.
5)
Glass panels in DoorCraft TDL Doors are double glazed insulated glass panels. All glass is tempered for safety. 4 glass textures are
available....all at the same list price.
6) No raised molding.

Threshold Options
All standard pre-hung exterior door units use adjustable
composite sills which provide many benefits over wood
thresholds. Composite sills help prevent problems like water
penetration, rot, warping, and discoloration. Our standard
adjustable composite sill includes a peel-off protection film
which protects the sill during construction of the house, and
is made from 100% composite and aluminum materials. The
“adjustable” feature allows the top of the sill to be adjusted
with a screwdriver to match the correct height required for the
bottom of the door.
Optionally, you may select the Endura® Brand adjustable
composite threshold or an ADA threshold. The ADA threshold
is approved for use with wheelchairs. ADA sills are 5" x 1/2" or
7" x 1/2". The Endura Z-Series Sill System provides a walnut
colored sill cap, the adjustable feature, and a hard plastic
protective construction cover.
All thesholds are available in 2 colors: Dark Bronze Aluminum
or Mill (pewter color).
