In case metal material is used as outside case, please put that material from the coil area of the module. More than
10mm is recommended from outer circumference of the coil.
y When metal is brought close to Primary module during working, the power transmission will stop by metal detection
function. However, Metal detection function may not work depending on metal size, type, environment, then it may
bring high temperature due to over current. Please be careful to consider the final product design which does not allow
any abnormal objects into the product.
y We will recommend adding below message or similar information into the final product specification.
“Please do not put any metal object, like Coin or Clip, on the module
regardless of power transmission in order to prevent high heating.”
“Please use specified AC Adapter for the Power Supply of Charger,
and please do not use other Equipment for power supply.”
y Each module have electrical wiring exposure like coil terminal. Please be careful of the electrical short or leak with
other components.
