Our Full Color Epson Printer (UEPS) comes with a standard 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects. We also offer the option to purchase extended warranties for our Epson printer. Extended warranties can be purchased for a total of 2 or 3 year coverage. The details of these programs are as follows: Extended warranties must be purchased within 90 days of the original printer purchase Repairs are completed within 3 business days This warranty covers all Epson components originally installed by Epson, but does not cover third party parts, components or peripheral devices not sold by Epson that are added after shipment. After an extended warranty is purchased, customer will receive an email with a warranty number. Warranty repair requests can be initiated by calling Epson Technical Support at 1-888377-6644 Monday-Friday 7am-4pm PST. The warranty number should be referenced when making warranty repair requests.
