St.Germain Appointed to Maine Economic Growth Council
WESTBROOK, Maine (January 14, 2016) – Business owner Mark St.Germain has been
appointed to Maine’s Economic Growth Council, a non-partisan panel that develops longrange economic indicators for the state.
The Council, created in 1993 by the Maine Legislature, serves as an invaluable resource
for policy makers and business leaders alike within Maine and other states.
Mark joins 18 other members who are jointly appointed by the Governor, The President
of the Senate and the Speaker of the House. Effective December 17, 2015, the term lasts for
3 years.
Mark St.Germain is founder and Partner of St.Germain Collins in Westbrook, Maine
– an environmental management, EHS compliance and engineering firm. He’s actively
involved with the Maine State Chamber, Maine Energy Marketers Association, Maine
Development Foundation, Westbrook Downtown Coalition, Maine Real Estate and
Development Association (MEREDA), and The Dream Factory of Maine.
