• Welligent 101: Basic
This six (6) hour beginning course is designed for beginning Welligent users.
Attendees will learn how to create and manage IEPs, create document pages,
view/navigate management screens, identify/correct error messages and monitor IEP
timelines.
• Welligent 102: Intermediate
This four (4) hour intermediate course is designed for returning Welligent users who
actively use the system. Attendees will access student IEP records and review
management screens, as well as learn important procedures that have perplexed
many such as locking IEPs, conducting Final IEPs, exit IEPs and amendments.
Prerequisite: Welligent 101: Basic. Attendees must have an active Welligent
account and password. Do not use your employee number to enroll another person as
it will lead to non-notification of canceled or changes to the class plus incorrect
training history verification.
• Welligent 103: Revised Monitoring
This interactive three (3) hour session is designed for school-based and district level
administrators, Bridge or Special Education Coordinators who monitor IEPs in
Welligent. Attendees will log on to the production system to learn how to identify noncompliant student records and access reports that will help keep the assigned
school/district compliant. This course will NOT focus on Welligent navigation and
management of IEPs. Some reports that will be discussed can only be accessed by
administrators.
Prerequisites: Attendees must have an active Welligent account and password. Do
not use your employee number to enroll another person as it will lead to nonnotification of canceled or changes to the class plus incorrect training history
verification.
• Online Welligent RSP Service Tracking System
Web based training establishing RSP caseload, generating sessions and documenting
services provided to students.
• Online Welligent STS
Web based training establishing Related Service caseload, generating sessions and
documenting services provided to students.
• Online Classroom Management
Web based training on maintaining accurate assignments to SDP or GE classes of
special education students in Welligent, Special Education Student Assignment
Coordination (SESAC). This training is designed specifically for site administrators and
special education clerks who are the only ones with access to Classroom Management.
