Gently insert the nozzle tip into one nostril. Press on the other side of your nose with one finger to close off the nostril. Breathe in quickly while you squeeze the bottle to spray a dose into your nasal passage. Repeat in the other nostril. Do not blow your nose right after using the spray. Consult your health care professional before use. A typical dose is 2-­‐4 pumps per day.
