Instructions
Directions for taking Pro Argi-9 at bedtime: Take 2 servings
(2 scoops) in desired amount of water, 30 minutes prior to
sleep on an empty stomach. Do not ingest food, including
protein drinks, high glycemic drinks, or supplements containing any other amino acids with or within 2 hours of taking this product at bedtime. Ingesting food, amino acids, or
high glycemic ingredients with or near this product is not in
any way harmful, it simply will negate the benefits.
Directions for Athletes: Take 2 servings at bedtime (see instructions above) and an optional 1-2 servings 30 minutes
prior to intense exercise on an empty stomach.
