Provided direct occupational medicine services including injury/illness care, pre-employment/DOT/fitfor-duty physicals and MRO oversight for 7000 drug tests/year performed within clinic.
Developed and provided oversight of physician extender model which allowed for expansion of onsite

sole physician.
Served as Medical Director for Wabash National, Subaru of Indiana Automotive, and Fairfield
Manufacturing with the responsibility for their onsite occupational health clinic with a focus on reducing
OSHA recordable injury & illness along with improving rate of recovery.
