voted a 2010 D Magazine Best Women Lawyers in Dallas by her peers. With nearly 30 years of
experience as defense counsel in the health care industry, she has extensive experience in
pharmaceutical and medical product litigation. More than 1,000 Texas doctors have enlisted her
assistance. Ms. Remington has significant experience in the defense of birth injury, pediatric and
pediatric neurosurgery cases, and she has been recognized by her peers as a Thomson Reuters

personal experience with the lawyer they were nominating. Attorneys were only allowed to cast
votes for attorneys in their practice area. Finally, each voter could nominate only one attorney
from within their own firm and two outside their firm.
