• New Developments.
GAIL India Ltd, has begun supplying gas to the India
unit of the world's largest automotive aluminium wheel
producer Wanfeng Group, as reported by Business
Standard.
ICRA has downgraded the outlook on Syndicate
Bank's tier II bonds from "Stable" to "Negative" on
more than expected weakening of asset quality and
profitability, as reported by Business Standard.
UCO Bank expects to return to profitability only by the
financial year 2017-18, as it foresees stress in banking
sector to continue this fiscal, as reported by Business
Standard.
Private equity fund TVS Shriram Growth Fund
Scheme 1B has fully exited its investment in the theme
park operator Wonderla Holidays Limited as
reported by Business Standard.
US based CME group is keen on picking a 15% stake
in MCX. It can buy shares straight from the market if
the limits, toting up to 49%, are made fungible, as
reported by Economic Times.
LT Foods Ltd has incorporated a subsidiary named
as "LT Foods International Limited" in the United
Kingdom for strengthening its presence in Europe , as

A government overhaul of the British Steel Pension
Scheme - crucial to convincing anyone to buy Tata
Steel's British assets - is in jeopardy after Britons' vote

According to India Ratings & Research, the 7th Pay
Commission raise will boost consumption in the
economy by Rs 45,110 crore (or 0.3% of GDP) and
increase savings by Rs 30,710 crore (0.2% of GDP).
The ratings agency also said the central government’s Turnover
net tax revenue (after sharing with states) will increase
