Sell-down of Paris Orléans' holding in DBR
Amid the reorganisation of its shareholding structure, Domaines Barons de Rothschild (DBR)
has proposed to Paris Orléans the opportunity to divest its 23.5% holding in DBR.
As a shareholder of DBR, Paris Orléans has supported the development of the Company
since the mid 1980's. Today, by accepting DBR's offer, Paris Orléans is keen to take
advantage of this exit opportunity at an attractive price while realising a significant capital gain,
i.e. about €18m.
This transaction will be structured as a capital reduction to the unique benefit of Paris Orléans.
