two channels for waste spark systems. Direct ignition

The COP adapter series uses new sensor technology and
is designed to be easily indexed for accurate cylinder-tocylinder comparison. The COP adapter also provides
an engine RPM signal to the kV Module.

The CAN1B adapter provides CAN protocol support on all
MT2500 and MTG2500 scanners. This in-line adapter
connects between the existing data cable and OBD-II
or DL-16 connector. Proprietary CAN protocols differ by
manufacturer and utilize different wiring to the OBD-II
connector on the vehicle. The CAN1B supports the use
of Personality Keys, providing advanced communication
with the latest systems.
The CAN1B is required for CAN vehicles when using VINspecific Domestic, Asian or European software on your
Snap-on® ScannerTM tool. The adapter is not required
for enhanced vehicle communication on MODISTM and
SOLUSTM units.
The CAN1B adapter can be used with the Global OBD
Vehicle Communication Software on MODISTM, SOLUSTM
and ScannerTM units.
