Heat guns
General
General purpose heat guns for shrinking a variety of Raychem products are available.
The Thermogun is available in a variety of voltage inputs and wattages. Also available is a comprehensive range of reflectors/adaptors for a variety of applications. A full range of spare parts is
available upon request.
The Raychem CV-1981 and CV-1983 guns are robust, double insulated and heavy duty hot air
tools. A motor driven compression forces air through a heating element enclosed in a stainless
steel barrel and safety guard. An adjustable air flow regulator permits variation of heat output. No
need to change the element.
An integral stand allows the CV-1981 and CV-1983 to be used as a bench tool. The output wattage is infinitely variable.
Adjustment is made by a knob at the rear of the device.
