REM Performance and Productivity ITW Ransburg REM automatic air assisted airless gun combines air and airless atomization principles to produce the highest transfer efficiency possible. The use of air to assist with the atomization process allows for substantially lower fluid pressure than are otherwise required by airless spray equipment. In addition, the unique nozzle design produces a soft cloud-like pattern of coating particles that can reach into recessed areas, and an integrated cascade power supply maintains a high operating voltage at the tip where it is most effective. The result is transfer efficiency that can be over 90%. The REM gun improves both performance and productivity while reducing booth cleanup, waste disposal and paint costs. All of which contributes to fast payback and excellent return on investment. Integrated Cascade Module The integrated high voltage cascade module maintains the REM tip voltage at a consistent and reliable 80kV, eliminating the voltage dnop found in most electrostatic systems. The result is transfer efficiency of up to 90%, superior wraparound and minimal overapray. Material and maintenance savings are quite substantial, solvent emissions are reduced dramatically. The special air-assisted airless tip produces a soft, cloud-like particulate pattern that efficiently finishes recessed areas. Maximum performance, minimum downtime. That’s electrastatic science - ITW Ransburg style. Adjusts To Fit The Job Voltage is adjustable on the control unit to accommodate a variety of coating materials, surfaces and configurations. The REM engineered components are impact-resistant. There is a fluid tip to suit most any finishing requirement. Cost Efficient Operation With the ability to achieve up to 90% transfer efficiency, paint consumption, booth maintenance and waste disposal costs are reduced tremendously. Because it’s designed to operate in the less-than-gentle environment of the spray booth, the REM gun is rarely down, saving both downtime and repair costs. The integral high voltage module is sealed against solvent invasion, keeping your downtime to a minimum is our number one concern.
