Bar Code Reader
FEATURES
High move tolerance
Reads a bar code moving in vertical and/or
horizontal directions at a relative speed of 10
inches per second. This allows faster and
more accurate data entry.
•
Reads poorly printed symbols
The advanced circuitry and optical design
allows the scanner to reliably read poor
contrast and soiled symbols.
•
Maintenance free over a long life
The totally solid state design has no moving
parts, allowing for stable operation, without
maintenance or adjustments.
•
High resolution
Reads almost any bar code symbol, even
labels on irregular and curved surfaces,
thanks to its high resolution (5mils) CCD
imager.
•
Reads all standard codes
Automatically discriminates and reads UPC/
EAN, Code 39, Codabar, Interleaved 2 of 5,
Code 128, and Code 93 codes. It can also
read UPC/EAN with 2 or 5 digit addendum.
•
Wide range of interfaces
Available models include common industrial,
commercial, and retail point of sale
interfaces.
•
Single voltage operation
Operates on a single 5 volt (100 mA TYP.)
power supply, allowing compatibility with the
standard voltages for the respective
interfaces.
•
Triggering options
The scanner can be operated with an
external trigger or in the autotrigger mode,
providing operational flexibility.
