Description
Traditional Duplex Modular Jack Plates are designed to permit
rapid connection of two telephones or associated equipment to
the same outside line or one of each device to separate outside
lines.
For connecting two telephones or equipment to the same line,
the color-coded wires from each jack are to be connected to
the corresponding terminals on one of the jacks along with
conductors of the incoming line.

For connecting one of each telephone or device to separate
outside lines, the color-coded wires from each one of the two
incoming lines are to be connected to separate jacks by matching
the color-coded wires with the color-coded terminals on each
jack.
The Duplex Modular Jack Plate may be flush mounted on a
standard outlet box. The 625MB Mounting Box may be used
where surface installation is required.
