Page 2 A va i l a b i l i t y g u i d e AUTUMN BLAZE MAPLE A very fast growing shade tree most noted for its spectacular red foliage. The Autumn Blaze Maple tree matures to 60’ tall with a 40’ spread. This hybrid maple is the most popular maple tree in the United States. It grows well in a variety of soils. RED SUNSET MAPLE The Red Sunset Maple tree is a deciduous tree that will grow to become up to sixty feet tall with a rounded or oval crown. This is a hard maple shade tree that grows at a slower pace than other maples, such as the Autumn Blaze. In the fall, the leaves turn crimson orange. SUN VALLEY MAPLE The Sun Valley Maple features a very uniform, dense oval head. The leaves are dark green in the summer and fall color is reliably bright red. This tree matures at 40’ with a 35’spread. It grows best in full to partial sunlight. EMERALD LUSTER NORWAY MAPLE Norway Maple is a deciduous tree. It has dense foliage that matures up to 70’. Leaves are 5-lobed, 3-5” wide and are deep green with a hint of maroon. They turn bright yellow in the fall and showy clusters of small, greenish-yellow flowers appear in early Spring. Page 3 To Order Call: 1-660-654-1298 BILL & SUSIE BEAR, OWNERS In 2003, Bill and Susie Bear began Rosemary Hill Farm, a tree farm featuring 25 varieties of “certified” trees. Located five miles east of Jamesport, MO, this farm has grown to ten thousand trees that grace twenty-five acres in a park like setting. CLUMP RIVER BIRCH Clump River Birch can be easily trained with one central leader or as a multi-stemmed tree, especially when planted close to others (hence the name “clump”). It is fast growing and tends to grow throughout the summer. It is commonly used in landscaping and does best in sandy, moist soils. GREENSPIRE LINDEN This tree has a fast growth rate and a dense pyramidal to oval crown which casts deep shade. It is a prolific bloomer with small fragrant flowers appearing in late June and into July. It can mature up to 75’ tall with a spread up to 50’. CLEVELAND SELECT PEAR This is a beautiful, perfectly uniform pear tree often used as a primary feature in landscaping. Enjoy an explosion of abundant white flowers in the spring. The green leaves of summer turn red in the fall. It matures up to 35’ tall with a 20’ spread. Page 4 A va i l a b i l i t y g u i d e RED OAK The Red Oak tree is a fast grower and develops into a quality shade tree quickly. Acorns are around 1’ long with a brown cap. Leaves emerge a pinkish-reddish color, then turn glossy green in the summer. Fall foliage is a russet red to bright red. It matures at 75’ with a 65’ spread and needs full sunlight. HACKBERRY Hackberry is a durable, large tree that is pyramidal at youth, developing a broad crown with arching branches at maturity. It attracts birds with small purple fruits. Light green elm like foliage turns light yellow in the fall. It is a rapid grower that can provide shade, windbreak, or erosion control. It matures up to a 55’ with 55’ spread. SHADEMASTER HONEY LOCUST The Shademaster Honey Locust is a fast growing, somewhat vase shaped tree with a pleasing, rounded outline. This tree offers a light, filtered shade. Dark green compound leaflets turn golden each fall. It matures up to 60’ with a 40’ spread. SKYLINE HONEY LOCUST The Skyline Honey Locust grows quickly up to fifty feet with a rounded canopy comprised of several dominant, ascending branches. This tree is well suited for street or walkway planting because lower branches can be removed without deforming the nice shape. Lawns also grow well beneath this tree.
