GENERAL INFORMATION
SIMPLWINDOWS NAME:
Denon HEOS v1.0
CATEGORY:
Media Resource
VERSION:
1.0
SUMMARY:
This provides control and feedback for the Denon HEOS system.
This module will provide control of the Denon HEOS speakers. It also provides
feedback. The module allows the user to browse the music resources, select music
resources and control playback.
The module only needs to connect to one Denon HEOS speaker. All Denon HEOS
speakers on the network can be controlled through that speaker.
GENERAL NOTES:
To connect to the Denon HEOS speaker you will need to provide the IP address using
the IP_Address_In_Text input, the IP port number using the
Port_Number_In_Analog, the user name using the User_Name_In_Text input and
the password using the Password_In_Text. Then hold the Connect_TCP/IP_Client
input high. This will cause the module to connect to the Denon HEOS speaker. Login
and get the list of players and groups.
This module uses direct socket access through Simpl#.
NOTE: THIS MODULE IS FOR 3-SERIES AND HIGHER PROCESSORS ONLY.
