Open to patients, caregivers, family, and friends. Quit Smoking with Mindfulness: The Stanford Cancer Center Smoking Cessation Program gives you the practical skills and support to quit smoking. In group, you’ll learn concrete mindfulness skills to help you conquer cravings. Used alone or in combination with smoking cessation medications, the group is 8 weeks long and members are welcome to stay to remain quit and help others quit.
