Dear <Name>,
Re: Submit your data for the 2016 NCRI Cancer Conference
Would you like to receive feedback from the wider research community on your latest
work? Play your part in helping to showcase the ground-breaking research at the UK's
largest cancer research meeting. The NCRI Cancer Conference is the platform for cancer
research in the UK, featuring research of international calibre. You can share ideas,
develop collaborations and be inspired by the latest UK and international research.
In 2015, over 650 posters were presented and 86% of participants said they would rate
the overall conference experience as ‘excellent’ or ‘good’. Take advantage of this
opportunity to submit your research and join us in Liverpool for the 2016 NCRI Cancer
Conference on 6–9 November.
“The conference showcases a wide variety of research in one of the most medically
challenging fields. The opportunity to engage, communicate and share ideas with other
professionals is excellent.” (2015 presenter)
Networking is central to the Conference and PhD students will have opportunities to
meet senior experts such as Rob Bristow, Jennifer Wargo and Iain Hagan and get
experience in presenting their work.
Submit your abstracts for this year’s Conference to:
 Showcase your research and receive feedback from your peers
 Get the opportunity to present in the Proffered paper sessions
 Ensure your work is accessible to the UK and international research community
 Win prizes and awards for the best submissions
Encore abstracts are accepted so if you are submitting your work to other international
conferences, we would welcome your submission for the NCRI Cancer Conference.
Abstract submission will be open until 5 June at conference.ncri.org.uk/submission
We look forward to receiving your abstract.
