Wine Description
Harvested in mid October, the grapes for this premium sparkling rosé wine were handpicked from the Euganei
hills. The presence of marine fossils in the Euganean Hills area reveals their origin: an archipelago of volcanic
islands that emerged 130 million years ago. Striking reliefs separated by cool valleys, ideal exposure to the sun
and alluvial deposits mixed with volcanic rocks give grapes their unique characteristics.

Pink wine is in & prosecco is still hot!
The rise of rosé is clearly
divergent from the blush rush
of the '80s. White Zinfandel
sales have been shrinking for
years, but premium dry rosé is
catching fire, with rosés in the
over $12 category, up 34% offpremise over last year”.
