What Can Astrology Tell You?
What is the Astrological Chart?
Astrology is thousands of years old, and represents an accumulation of wisdom
about the human condition and our relationship with the world and the cosmos. Astrology is
not a belief - it is a practical technique that simply works. Although nobody can explain
exactly why, anyone having had their chart read does knows with certainty that it does work,
whatever the reason, simply because of the accuracy of the information.
An astrological chart is a map of the Self. It is the map of your karma, revealing your
personality, the major events in your life, your challenges, the positive and negative
circumstances which will attend all the areas of your life - in short, it is the most complete
and accurate guide to your personal experience of life that you are ever likely to experience.
Astrology can help you make decisions, it can answer any questions you have, it can reveal
patterns of behaviour in your relationships, it can help you choose a career and it can offer
meaningful guidance on these and any other matters.

Your first reading: the BIRTHCHART
The birthchart is the guideline to all the dimensions of the self, and the Personality
reading is the starting point for all analysis of the Self. This chart gives you an in-depth
analysis of your personality, revealing all your positive and negative potentials, your
patterns of behaviour and how you can change them. It shows how you deal with people
and with your environment, what major lessons you are dealing with, and is in fact the
essential life-long guide to the Self.
If you have never had a chart done by any astrologer, this must be your first selection.
Once a birthchart has been done, you have access to the wide variety of answers your chart can
provide. Many people will make a yearly appointment to look at what to expect for the year
ahead, but you can also make an appointment at any time to look at specific issues you are
interested in. You'll find more information about these in the following pages, and bear in mind
that the chart can be helpful with any special issues, questions, plans etc. that you may be
interested in but which are not specifically listed. There is more information about this and about
making appointments later in this booklet.
Vedic Chart: the SOUL READING
For those on the spiritual path, the Vedic (Hindu) chart provides an analysis of the karmic
path you have taken, and your soul's evolutionary progress on this path. It helps you
understand what patterns are created by past lives, what needs to be learned and
understood about your karma, and what spiritual practises are required to help ease the
results of this karma. Although not for the simply curious, those who seriously work to
pursue their true spiritual destiny and are willing to make the necessary sacrifices to
achieve it will benefit from this chart. This reading is intensely informative, but can be
challenging – be sure you are ready to receive this information as this chart is not about
changing anything, but rather about understanding and accepting the karmic challenges
we are born with.
With this reading you will also receive a personal mantra as well as other spiritual
remedies specific to your chart and your karma.
Annual Chart: the YEAR AHEAD
The annual chart is very useful to examine the trends and tendencies of the coming 12
months and help you deal with them. This chart shows the main themes and goals for
the next year, what to look out for, what patterns to expect, and what you can do to make
the year as easy and constructive as possible. It can also forewarn of important
challenges and opportunities as well as help make important decisions.
Most clients explore this chart every year or two.
HEALTH CHART
This chart analyses how you react to external stressors, and how these affect your
health. It reveals all inherent vulnerabilities, and provides sound guidance as to what
therapies to use and when, as well as the best diet and health guide appropriate to your
constitution. In this way it assists you in maintaining good health. It can also be used to
analyse specific health problems, providing advice on treatment and prognosis.
In cases of acute or chronic illnesses, we will be able to use the chart for proper
diagnosis, analysis of physical and emotional factors, and treatment recommendations.
Urgent Matters by Phone & Email Consultations
If you have a crisis situation, an urgent matter that needs an answer soon or has an outcome
in the the very near future, or something similar, you may qualify for a 30-minute telephonic
reading within a week or so.
Call me or send an email telling me about the matter at hand and I will respond to tell you
whether it is suitable for a telephonic reading.
Astrology is good at answering specific, direct questions, be it “should I buy the house?”,
“where is my pen?”, "Should I take the settlement or go to court?", "Does he love me?", “Why
is this happening to me NOW?” or anything you think of.
Appointments are not required. Send an email telling me about the matter at hand and I will
respond to tell you whether it is suitable for an email question. If it is, I will help you finalise
the question and tell you how to pay, and once payment is made you will receive your answer
within about 72 hours.
Choosing the BEST TIME to start something
Choosing the right time to do something makes all the difference to a successful outcome.
This is especially important for weddings, new businesses and operations - or anything else
thats important to you.
After your initial consultation, you are entitled to phone, write or email such requests. You
will not need to make an appointment, but may wait up to a week for an answer. There is a
fee for such requests.
Best Time charts are also available to people who have not had a consultation.
Young Adults: the CAREER CHART
This service is useful in indicating the natural talents and abilities, the types of working
conditions which are best for you, as well as the types of work most suited to you. It can
help Grade 9s & school-leavers identify good subject and career choices and understand
how their interests and talents could be used in the 'real world'. It also indicates what
should be avoided, and for adult clients gives indications of any 'critical' career periods
in life.
Very useful for school-leavers or people dissatisfied with their work and contemplating a
change.
Couples: the RELATIONSHIP CHART
As background information, this chart reveals how you deal with relationships and what
patterns you fall into. Then, a specific relationship is analysed in detail, showing all areas
where and how the partners co-operate or conflict. It provides useful guidelines as to how
to make the relationship work as best as possible, and what to expect.
Both partners should be present for the appointment and should preferably have had
birth chart (personality) readings prior to this appointment.
