Programme Overview
Speakers include Julian Parkhill (Sanger Institute), Mark Pallen (University of
Birmingham), Didier Raoult (University of Marseille), Mark Blaxter (University of
Edinburgh), Paul O’Toole (University of Cork), Neil Hall (University of Liverpool)
and technology development specialists from Roche/454, Illumina/Solixa and Applied
Biosystems/SOLiD.
The workshop will be held at the University of Birmingham Conference
Park (http://www.has.bham.ac.uk/conferences/index.shtml), which is
easily accessible from Birmingham New Street railway station and
Birmingham International Airport.
The subsidised registration cost is £85.09 per person, to include all meals
and overnight accommodation. A reduced rate of £60.09 is available for
delegates wishing to arrange their own overnight accommodation off-site.
PLEASE NOTE that attendance at this workshop is limited to 80
delegates on a first come, first served, basis, so please book early to avoid
disappointment.
