Pospelov D.A. Where the virtual worlds disappear?
In the paper is devoted to development of virtual reality systems and the problems connected
to it. In this article it is judged, that the border of acceptance or nonacceptance of the virtual world
passes by refusal of a habitual principle of causality which, it is possible to formulate as follows: " If
occurs With, then (and only then) Е it is always made by it".

The concept of intelligence on Z.Piazhe: operational aspect
In the paper the theory of intelligence of Z.Piazhe is considered from the point of view of formation
and gradual perfection of operations of thinking. The special attention addresses on operational aspect
of designing of knowledge and когнитивных structures. The role of the theory of intelligence of
Z.Piazhe in the decision of problems of modelling of cogitative operations in an artificial intellect is
found out.
A.L.Shamis. From behaviour to thinking
The formal model of behaviour for the simplified problem, the maximization of time of stay
based on a principle the system inside area of allowable values of adjustable variables "MaxT" is
considered. Initial representations are substantially connected to E.S.Bauera principle. The
qualitative model of behaviour for a "full" case is considered. Attempt to define an essence of the
information processes necessary for the decision of problems during complex behaviour is made and
thus transition from formal model to qualitative model of "reasonable" behaviour is planned. Some
questions connected to a problem of modelling of a brain are planned.
Tarassov V.B. Knowledge Management in Enterprise Networks
Some problems of managing knowledge in networked intelligent enterprises
are faced. Different kinds and functions of enterprise knowledge are
considered. An original model of corporate experience organization is
suggested. Similarities and differences between knowledge engineering and
knowledge management are elicited. The concept of knowledge life cycle in
networked intelligent enterprises is introduced. A few enterprise intelligence
indices are proposed.
Kotenko I.V., Stankevich L.A. A Agents’ Teamwork to Real Time
In the paper the issues of intelligent agents’ teamwork control are considered. The general
models of teamwork are determined. It is proposed the approach to provide work of agents’
team under temporal constraints (in real time) based on combination of models for
approximate calculations and anytime algorithms. The examples of agents’ teams realizing
this approach for two applications are considered. These applications are virtual soccer and
modeling of military operations that are performed by group of unmmaned flight vehicles.
INTELLIGENCE OF MULTILAYER MODULAR NEURAL NETWORKS
Dorogov A.Yu.
For estimation of the intelligence level of multilayer artificial modular neural networks it is
offered to use known from biology concept of plasticity neural networks. In application to
artificial neural networks the plasticity can be treated as ability of neural network to tutoring.
The above plasticity neural networks, the best outcomes is necessary to expect from it using
on a set of tasks. In the article the mathematical equivalents neurophysiological concepts of
parametrical and topological plasticity are determined. Connection of the parametrical
plasticity with number of independent recognised images and size of learning samples is
shown. The settlement formulas of parametrical and topological plasticity are indicated, and
the recommendations are given for choice of neural network structural performances for
multilayer networks. The examples are considered.

Choice in architecture
In a classical paper by R.Bellman and L.Zadeh the process of decision-making
in fuzzy environment is considered for both deterministic and random controlled
system. This paper discusses the use of fuzzy sets for decision choice in
architecture.
