Creating boundaries in a reactive space
In a world with 24/7 connectivity, establishing boundaries and
creating a separation between work and the rest of your life

a critical component of the work day is difficult. With years
of experience working at different departments in the public
sector, Liz will discuss the importance of knowing when to
disengage from the demands of work in order to recharge
and take a break from such a switched-on office environment.
