DZP Series Intelligent Battery Charger
Instruction Manual
Description:
DZP Series charger 、 intelligent recharge(automatic type): During charging, after
connecting the battery and charger with power supply, the charger can automatically check
the existing electricity and battery temperature, the environment, according to the different
battery charging and discharging of a real-time environment temperature rechargeable,
battery charging adequate system can be shut down automatically.
DZP series charger designed with monolithic computer control, 3-phase pulse, constant
current charge, real-time detection environmental temperature, this design can improve
efficiency, and the control system in phases precise may control battery charging current,
temperature control and rechargeable battery voltage threshold to avoid charging electrical

DZP series charger designed with transformers power: the transformers power

Please read the instruction manual carefully before connecting the
charger to the power.
Installation: Charger should be installed in a dry, clean environment to prevent damp and

Charging should stay away from open flame and in a well-ventilated environment in
order to avoid fire because charging will bring the potential explosive gases,
Forbid non-professional operator to disassembly the unit because there is the
equivalent of the power grids with the same voltage.
Operation:



Read the nameplate of the charger, understand whether input power supply is matching
with the local power grid voltage and whether the charger is matching with the battery
capacity.
Connect the battery to the power supply, then the red light (6)marked power plug on
panels lights. That shows power supply control system. At the same time, if the ERROR
/ STOP (5) lights (original white, red light), that shows the output in the open state.
Connect charger output with the battery with cable or plug, 1 st – phase charging display



light (1) is flashing (green), the ERROR/STOP(5) is off , it shows charging process is ok.
Then without management until full charge, the charge automatically cuts off charging
current.
DZP series charger can reverse charging: Connect the charger, the battery to the power
supply, then turns the switch, the red light (6) marked power plug on panel lights, that
shows power supply control system intact. At the same time 1st – phase charging display
light (1) which shows it begins charging normal. Then without management until full
charge, the charge automatically cut off charging current.
During charging, control system tracks checking the battery charging state, timely
automatically switches 1st, 2nd, 3rd phase display light (green) respectively (1 2 3 )
flashes, until the charge terminates. The ERROR/STOP (5) flashes, At the same time,
1-3 phase display lights (1-3) that shows charging end. Please shut down the power
switch, disconnect the battery and charger.
The battery is 80% depth of discharge, and the whole charging process is 9-11 hours.
