Co-Owner Ronald Thompson hired me in May of 2009 to be his teaching partner for both the beginng level East Coast
Swing Class, and to teach more advanced classes such as Lindy Hop, Charleston and Performance classes. In May of
2010, I was placed in charge of grooming the newly formed “Midtown Stompers” performance troupe, which has been
invited to perform at events here in Sacramento as well as at out of state functions. I am also responsible for nightly
event accounting and keeping the company’s books up to date.

I oversee all ballet classes from Intermediate (ages 7 - 18) to Advanced and Pointe classes (Ages 13-18), working on
technique, placement and line. I work with each class preparing them in a piece of classical ballet repertory, as well as
creating original choreography for their annual student showcase.

Sacramento Academy of Dance follows a strict Cechetti curriculum beginning at age 7. I work with younger students
(ages 4-7) and prepare them for entry into this curriculum as well as choreographing original works for their
performances. I also teach a beginning ballet class for Adults.

A founding member of this dance troupe, I have been instrumental in its functioning since its inception. In addition to
performing as a lead artist, I have designed and distributed marketing materials and web pages for MySpace and
Facebook, acted as wardrobe mistress, dance captain, repetiteur, and stagehand, as well as participate in leadership and
fundraising meetings.

Sacramento Ballet; Marketing Assistant, 2006-2009, created promotional materials, event invitations, calendar listings,
e-newsletter. Created the company's MySpace and Facebook pages, designed and helped execute a fundraising event
which netted $10,000 in one weekend.
California Musical Theatre; Costume Rental Coordinator, 2005, keeping inventory of seven show's worth of rented and
in-house costumes for the three-month Music Circus Season. Responsible for shipping and receiving, dry-cleaning
coordination, and organizing company's own stock of costumes.
