not a member of the Scout Association (for a Donation).

The User agrees to the following Conditions:

The User and/or their guests will be responsible for their own personal, public liability and possessions
Insurances and will be expected to pay for any breakages, damage to the buildings, contents,
furniture, fittings, etc. caused during the use of the First New Cross facilities for which a £50
returnable (in the event of no damage being caused) deposit is payable prior to use.

The User and/or their guests will also be responsible for their own personal safety whilst on our
premises. The Fire Exit must be kept unlocked at all times whilst the premises is occupied and the
area kept clear from obstruction; all persons must be made aware of the Statutory notices, position of
exit routes, fire extinguishers etc., displayed adjacent to the main entrance

The User and their guests will show all consideration to our neighbours, leaving quietly before 10pm
and keeping music etc. at a reasonable level. Smoking inside the premises is not permitted.

The premises will be left in a clean and tidy condition after the event, all doors closed (the Fire Exit
locked and bolted) and external doors and gates locked. All rubbish to be removed from the premises.

The User will supply their own food and beverages and not use those already in situ at the premises.

Parking is not permitted anywhere in Tack Mews (This is a Private Road)

The User who has signed below is solely responsible for the keys issued to them for the event and will
return them as soon as possible after the event.

Children must be supervised at all times whilst on the premises both inside and outside of the building
and must not be allowed around the back of the main building.

In the interest of safety, the lighting of fires in the grounds is strictly prohibited.
The First New Cross Scout Group accepts no liability for Insurance of the User and/or their guests for
any purposes what so ever, nor accidents thereto, whilst on our premises or elsewhere
