Congratulations! The first step to powerful marketing is knowing who your
ideal customer is! Remember, this isn’t about your most common customer –
it’s about who you want as your most common customer! If you have more
than one ideal customer, create multiple copies, but set a limit to 3-5 max.

Income
Motivations
What do they desire, want, and aspire to?
What’s their biggest problem?
(Relative to your solution)
What would alleviating this problem
do for them?
What are their fears, frustrations,
and challenges?
What do they like and dislike?
What social media channels are they on?
How do they relax?
What objections do they have to
buying your service?
How do they make their decisions?
What is the process like and who is involved?
The Ideal Customer Narrative
Some people find it helpful to create a story around your ideal customer. Feel free to write below if
you’d like to do the same.
Keep it simple by looking over the outline on the previous page and explaining each part as a story.
At the end, include a picture of who you picture as the “Ideal Customer”.
