Accordingly, we commit to your Excellency not to use batch (batches) of the above
mentioned product (products), for thirty working days from the date of delivering the
samples to SFDA Laboratories. If the samples fail to pass the analysis, the products
mentioned above will not be used, and will be suspended, and the Regulatory
procedures for the extermination will be executed in the presence of the Drug Sector
representative, and we commit to deliver the samples to SFDA laboratories within
maximum ten working days.
 The above mentioned products will be stored in accordance with conditions
of good storage and distribution practices in (our warehouse/ our agent/ our
distributor) ……. In the city of ……..

In case the Product is (Tuberculin or BCG Vaccine), the duration of this obligation
will be 50 working days from the date of delivering samples to SFDA laboratories.
