Why are new media scary for audience
members ?
Because people want to solve social ills, and it
is easier to believe that those social ills
(poverty, crime, and drug abuse) are caused by
media coverage than to acknowledge that
their causes are complex and not fully
understood.

No. There are new concern about the media
now. Such as:
Media will decrease communication
between people so as to lead to a cold social
atmosphere.
 Various screens emerge, so that more and
more printed media are replaced. Actually, the
reading effect of printed media is usually
regarded best.
 Those social network can be taken
advantaged of by bad people to defraud or
cheat.

What can we do to answer such a great
influence of media?
Improve our media literacy and critical
thinking, and try to find put the truth behind
those superficial coverage.
