Integrated Software Solutions, Inc. (ISSI) provides web based Association Management
Software delivering custom designed solutions to meet YOUR association needs. Our state-ofthe-art software integrates each association function into one flexible, affordable, and reliable
program. ISSI is more than just a vendor, we’re a partner. Our knowledgeable staff will work

ISSI is a privately held business that was founded and incorporated in the
Commonwealth of Virginia in March 1989. ISSI’s founders possess a wealth of
experience and knowledge of membership organizations, having worked continuously
with such organizations for over 20 years. Our success and continued growth of our client

The ISSI Advantage
Our software package integrates all of the functional requirements of trade and
professional organizations into one fully relational database. The objective of the system
is to meet all of the information needs of membership organizations - maintaining
membership, meetings and accounting data required for day-to-day operations, as well
as detailed member and prospect histories for use in marketing and management efforts.
Special emphasis has been placed on designing a user-oriented system that is easy to
learn, operate and manage.
In addition to our comprehensive software package, we provide comprehensive service.
We work closely with you from the initial review process through the installation and post
installations phases of each project. Moreover, beyond system turnover we are
committed to providing outstanding on-going support - in a responsive, personalized,
reliable, knowledgeable and timely manner.
The Software
IMPak is a fully integrated program comprised of modules operating within one central, common
database. Each of these modules, such as Membership management, Meetings and Events,
Subscriptions, Order Entry, Committees, and others, function under preprogrammed, selectable,
business rules and nuances, required by Professional Services Council.
Integrated Membership Package (IMPak) and the Accounting Package (APak)
systems were written primarily for Associations (both trade and professional) and
Chambers of Commerce. The databases are in MicroSoft’s SQL Server 2000. The user
interface was written using asp pages running on an IIS server. The two packages, while

integrated, can also operate independently, and may be purchased separately. The
report writer is Crystal Reports. The user needs only to have a web browser such as
Internet Explorer 5 and above.
IMPak is especially robust dealing with remote offices/chapters/districts, permitting centralization
and standardization of processes, while maintaining the facade of location individuality.
Customization
The IMPak software system was designed from inception to be versatile and able to deal
with operational idiosyncrasies of different organizations. Utilizing the system’s built in
set-up tools, 95% plus of such uniqueness can be accommodated. ISSI then tailors the
standard software for the remainder. We consult with the client to determine what
modifications are necessary. This approach allows us to provide the best possible
solution to meet the needs of your organization - including flexibility in system
procedures, utilization and expansion.
During the initial installation phase, we meet with your management and staff to identify
all the aspects of your organization that require special data capture, storage and
reporting capabilities. Once we determine the software modifications that fit your needs,
we ensure (prior to installation) that your existing data is converted properly and that the
software meets the expectations of your organization and its users. After incorporation of
your respective requirements into the system, our management and staff review the
tailored reports, screens and data capture capabilities with you, then refine the product
via a prototyping-like process before final turn-over of the system.
Application Overview
The Web User Interface for IMPak and APak allows staff members to manage all
aspects of your organization via the web.
The database: The database tables are Microsoft SQL Server 2000. SQL Server 2000
is a robust database that can handle large numbers of records without decreasing
processing time. More importantly, SQL Server 2000 is directly integrated with ecommerce abilities.

Please consider during your evaluation the fact that ISSI provides all its modules for one system
price. Unlike most of our competitors, ISSI doesn’t sell application software “ala-carte”.
Additionally, we do not sell our system on a “per user” basis. Our customers are free to add as
many users as they wish without additional cost.
Another advantage that sets ISSI apart from other software vendors is that your purchase price
includes all source code. Most software firms charge a significant fee for such code.
