When in the Course of human events, it
becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected
them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal
station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to
the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to
the separation.We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that
they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights that among these are
Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are
instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.
That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the
Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its
foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall
seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that
Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and
accordingly all experience hath shown, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while
evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are
accustomed.
But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object
evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty,
to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

Such has been the patient sufferance of these United States Citizens and their fifty United
States; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems
of Government.
The last fifty year history of the present United States Federal Government is a history of
repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an
absolute Tyranny over these fifty United States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a
candid world.
The Kennedy Assassination
Members of the United States
Federal Government’s Executive Branch, Legislative Branch and Judicial branch
did conspire fifty years ago to assassinate the duly elected President of the United
States, to deceive the United States Citizens about the identity of their President’s
assassins and to introduce a progressive program of mass deception, misinformation and
corporal intimidation.
Members of the United States Federal Government have affected to render the
Military independent of and superior to the Civil power. As the result of the Military
being made independent of and superior to the Civil Power, during the fifty year
progressive program of mass deception, misinformation and corporal intimidation, the
Military of the United States has consequently waged numerous criminal Aggressive
Wars against Sovereign Nations which had not attacked the United States, and done so in
spite of the lack of informed consent of the United States Citizens.
Members of the United States Federal Government have surreptitiously organized
and deployed Armies of foreign al quaeda Mercenaries to instigate false flag works
of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty &
perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy of the
Government of a civilized Nation.
Corporate Subordination of Information
Members of the United States Federal Government have conspired to abridge the
free press and free speech guaranteed by the First Amendment to the U.S.
Constitution by permitting an extremely high concentration and consolidation of
ownership of print outlets and ostensibly Government regulated broadcast outlets of
public news and information media.
This extremely high and per se illegal concentration of news media ownership in
combination with the fifty year progressive program of mass deception, misinformation
and corporal intimidation has deprived the United States Citizens of the vital information
necessary for the fulfillment of their duties as Citizens and thereby progressively
deprived them of meaningful representation in the United States Federal Government.
The last twenty year history of the United States Federal Government is a history of
staged violent domestic events perpetrated surreptitiously by the United States
Federal Government, causing the highly publicized deaths of thousands of United
States Citizens and intentionally misleading public opinion by falsely blaming the
sensationalized events upon persons and Nations not wholly responsible for the
events. These domestic false flag terror and intimidation events have been used to justify
clandestine legislation, to justify warrantless surveillance of United States Citizens, to
justify search and seizures otherwise prohibited by the U.S. Constitution and to justify
criminal Aggressive Wars against Sovereign Nations which had not attacked the United
States:





A Federal Bureau of Investigation paid confidential informant Salem provided an
opportunity to prevent the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center which killed
six United States Citizens and injured one thousand. He recorded his F.B.I.
handler refusing to prevent the attack and refusing to substitute a non-explosive
material to the bomb makers.
The Federal Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms killed seventy six United
States Citizens on their private property in Waco, Texas in 1993.
The Federal Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms Agents in Oklahoma City
were instructed to not report to their Murrah Federal Building offices the morning
of the 1995 explosion which killed 169 United States Citizens who had not been
provided similar warning. Teams of F.B.I. agents then confiscated and have
withheld all neighboring property security camera videos which would have
shown the number and identity of the bombers and the multiple internal
explosions within the Murrah Building before the external explosion.
The Federal Emergency Management Agency’s crisis response crews arrived in
lower Manhattan the evening before the sensational 9/11 attack which killed
nearly three thousand United States Citizens. Teams of F.B.I. agents then
confiscated and have withheld all neighboring property security camera videos
which would have shown that a Boeing airliner did not impact the Pentagon.
Incendiary but non-explosive underpants were provided to an airline passenger
arriving in Romulus, Michigan on Christmas Day 2010 thereby justifying more
intrusive Federal Transportation Safety Agency strip searching and lucrative
scanning equipment purchases.
The last twenty year history of the United States Federal Government’s surreptitious
program of domestic false flag terror events ought to have motivated a tremendous intra
Governmental reaction opposing those who planned and perpetrated the domestic false
flag terror. Instead, those within the United States Federal Government who might have
opposed this false flag terror and might have defended the United States Citizens have
been conspicuously silent and inactive. While we do not presume to know their entire
reasons for their silence and inaction, we cannot ignore their categorical failure to oppose
and expose this domestic false flag terror.
We must presume the United States Federal Government does not contain or
employ any person willing and able to oppose domestic false flag terror and the
resultant murder of United States Citizens. We must therefore also presume the United
States Federal Government does not contain or employ any person willing and able to
support and defend the U.S. Constitution. The United States Federal Government in its
entirety is therefore a domestic enemy of the U.S. Constitution, a clear and present
danger, besides being a corporal threat to the United States Citizens.
The United States Federal Government has routinely obstructed the Administration
of Justice by thwarting investigation, declining prosecution, tampering with witnesses,
tampering with evidence and falsely incriminating innocent persons in matters too
numerous to list succinctly or thoroughly.
Members of the United States Federal Government have conspired to create and enlarge a
Federal Reserve Bank not contemplated by the U.S. Constitution, not accountable to
United States Citizens or their Representatives and not consistent with the economic best
interests of the United States.
The Federal Reserve Bank has singularly participated in the creation and enlargement of
a U.S. Treasury debt so large and so obviously insatiable it will certainly destroy the full
faith and credit of this U.S. Treasury.
The Federal Reserve Bank has likewise so enlarged the money supply as to irreparably
devalue the U.S. dollar and threaten the U.S. dollar’s acceptance as a global reserve
currency.
We declare all debts and obligations incurred by the U.S Treasury since the
September 11, 2001 false flag terror coup to be voidable at the option of the United
States Citizens. We declare our intention to pursue monetary and currency policy
consistent with Executive Order 11,110 of June 1963. The Federal Reserve Act of
1913 and any related Bills extending or renewing its existence and effect are hereby
repealed.
Glass-Steagall Protection
Legislative powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for
their exercise.
Members of the United States Federal Government
have conspired with banking industry Executives and Directors to repeal certain of the
most vital elements of the legal regulatory framework developed through generations of
experience regulating the banking industry.
The repeal of these vital regulatory elements has naturally and inevitably allowed the
precise financial catastrophes those regulatory elements were developed to prevent.
The banking industry has also been allowed to accumulate predatory oligarchic economic
power by permitting an extremely high and per se illegal concentration and consolidation
of ownership of those ostensibly regulated firms and services within a very small number
of very large combinations.
We declare our intention to restore the Glass Steagall Act and our intention to
subject the banking industry to thorough regulatory scrutiny including but not
limited to the Sherman and Clayton Acts. Those criminal immunity and nonprosecution agreements entered by the U.S. Attorney General and the banking industry
are hereby nullified and any relevant civil and criminal Statutes of Limitations tolled.
The United States Federal Government has allowed and encouraged the entry of millions
of foreign immigrants without requiring compliance with a coherent framework of laws
for the Naturalization of Foreigners.
AIPAC
Members of the United States Federal Government have conspired with the American
Israeli Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) to allow AIPAC to avoid registering as foreign
agents within the meaning of the Foreign Agents Registration Act and to freely function
instead as legislative lobbyists.
We declare AIPAC foreign agents and hereby require full F.A.R.A. compliance.
Dual Citizens of Israel, in their capacity as Chairs of Senate Committees, have sponsored
various unconstitutional Bills which when enacted allow indefinite military detention of
United States Citizens without benefit of trial or counsel, and allowed comprehensive
warrantless telephone wiretapping of all United States Citizens without probable cause.
We hereby declare Dual Citizens of Israel may not hold seats in the House, Senate
or Cabinet.
Senate Bill 1881
Senate Bill 1881 proposes subordinating the United States Federal Government’s War
Power to the Nation of Israel by requiring advance commitment by the United States
Federal Government to join and support any action whatsoever taken by Israel against the
nation of Iran.
We declare S. 1881 null and void.
We hereby cancel all military aid to Israel. We demand Israel officially acknowledge
its possession of nuclear weapons and fully submit to international regulation and
potential disarmament under the Nuclear Proliferation Treaty.
The United States Federal Government is a clear and present danger to the United States
Constitution, is now an unindicted perpetrator of criminal Aggressive War and various
war crimes and is a threat to the lives of both United States Citizens and the Citizens of
sovereign Nations which have not attacked the United States.
In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress: Our repeated
Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Government whose character is
thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free
people.
Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our United States Federal Government
brethren. We have warned them from time to time of their attempts to extend an
unconstitutional jurisdiction over us. We have appealed to their native justice and
magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow
these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence.
They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore,
acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold
the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.
We, therefore, the Citizens of the United States of America, in virtual General Congress,
Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our
intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the United States Citizens and their fifty
United States, solemnly publish and declare, That these our United States are, and of
Right ought to be Absolved from all Allegiance to the United States Federal
Government, and that all political connection between our United States and the
United States Federal Government, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as
our United States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances,
establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which sovereign United States
may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the
protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our
Fortunes and our sacred Honor.
