 Diagnostic records
 Diagnostic work up to determine treatment needs
 Basics about cranial osteopathy and how it is used for ALF treatment
 Treatment planning using ALF designs
 ALF insertion visit
 ALF adjustments
 Basics of wire bending and simple repairs/additions to the ALF
 Everyone will have one-on-one time with Heather and Ljuba; so please
bring cases or prepare special questions that you may have
Each participant is encouraged to fill in the questionnaire to let us know
his/her specific points of interest.
The Speakers
 Dr. Lemke is a dentist and naturopathic doctor. After practicing
general dentistry for 28 years, she got introduced to ALF 9 years ago
and found it to be very helpful for herself. In 2008 she dedicated her
practice completely to orthodontics and TMJ treatment and lived
happily ever after … (just kidding).
 Heather Ashton worked for 12 years as a lab technician together
with Dr. Darick Nordstrom when he first developed the ALF concept.
She has been conducting hands-on lab seminars for technicians and
dentists and has guided many practitioners through their first ALF
steps. For the last 16 years she has been running her own dental lab
in North Carolina.
