Building Information Modeling (BIM) is the creation of a 3D model of the building structure and all of its systems, which can
then be assembled into a virtual 3D building and used to identify construction conflicts and other design issues. Gephart
maintains a state-of-the-art, in-house BIM design department capable of producing electrical and systems construction
documents of any size or complexity.
Our designs range from high voltage distribution to fiber-optic transmission systems. Our electrical design and RCDD team
is highly trained and accredited in electrical and communications design. The majority of Gephart’s projects are performed
on a design/build or design/assist basis, making our design department one of the most experienced and capable in the
industry. Our design team uses the latest design software including AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP, and NavisWorks.
Our experienced and extensively trained design team is capable of
modeling all electrical and low voltage systems elements,
including distribution equipment, light fixtures, devices, conduit,
and cable trays.
