treatment and it’s side effects unless you are

Your outpatient appointments while you are under our care will be every 6
months until we discharge you back to your GP.
Always have a PSA done at least one week prior to your outpatient
appointment – if you do not have your PSA done at Guys or St. Thomas’ please
contact your GP to organise your PSA and bring the results with you to your
appointment.

When you are discharged back to your GP you will need to have your PSA checked every 6 months.
You will be referred back to our care if your PSA rises above the recommended PSA reading the urology consultant/nurse specialist
recommended or you become symptomatic.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have regular PSA checks with your GP.
