Applicant Policy Created June 2014 Purpose: The purpose of this policy is to define the requirements to be considered an applicant by Beijer Electronics, Inc. Definition: An applicant is defined as someone who has submitted Beijer’s Application for Employment form and has specified one of our job titles as the desired position. The job in question must be available at the time the application is received. The application form must be dated during the recruitment period of the position for which the applicant is applying. Applications that are not filled out completely or that are unsigned may be rejected.
